1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of CreatorWand. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- The guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase (not renewals or upgrades).
- You have not excessively used the AI generation limits (e.g., generating hundreds of products only to request a refund). We monitor for abuse of our API costs.
3. Subscription Renewals
Refunds are not provided for automatic subscription renewals. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings page.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@creatorwand.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve) and your receipt. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
