Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out a list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct for our Services. If we believe a violation of the policy is deliberate, repeated or presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our customers, the Services or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the CreatorWand platform to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal acts.
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of individuals or groups.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others (including generating direct copies of trademarked or copyrighted products).
• Deploy spam or automated bot activity against third-party platforms (e.g., mass-spamming Shopify APIs).
• Attempt to bypass our security measures, rate limits, or billing systems.

2. Platform Integrations

When using CreatorWand to connect to third-party marketplaces (like Gumroad, Shopify, or WooCommerce), you must simultaneously comply with their respective Terms of Service. CreatorWand is not responsible if your account on a third-party marketplace is suspended due to the nature of the products you choose to publish.

3. Enforcement

CreatorWand reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this AUP or any other agreement we have with you for use of the Services.
